Louis Rougnon

Graduated from EM Lyon Business School and holds aMaster's degree in Business Law.

In 2014, as Head of Operations and Finance, he launched the RocketInternet-funded start-up Helpling in France (€45m in 18 months).

In 2017, he joined Eight Advisory and developed cross-sectorexperience (retail, healthcare, distribution, education) working on variousareas of expertise including financialrestructuring, modeling, and valuation.

In 2020, he created QuercusPartner to combine his entrepreneurial experience with his expertise dealingwith strategic projects and high financial stakes (capital increase, external growth, M&A).

Since 2022, the team hasbeen expanded with new collaborators to best meet customers needs. Furthermore, he has strengthened his experience by partnering with other entrepreneurs and developing ambitious new projects (creation of a start-upstudio, search funds).
